i will imagine that our plan for the 'health system' (we like to call it) is to stock it full of ukranian slaves.
i guess we will say that if they pay the university, they pay the university, they pay the university, they pay...
then we will pass them off as doctors, in the hospitals.
there will be some kind of a 'trial' period where we want to see if they can actually do the job that we might (but might not) accept them on the training course for... if they are accepted into the training course then they will pay they will pay they will pay they will pay...
and in this manner or way we will have these people all paying in exhange for passing themselves off as consultants and specialists. while they pay the university they pay the univesrity they pay the university they pay.
where does all the money go?
the salaried medical workforce leader person says there isn't any fat in the health system.
i don't know what her deal is. if her job is to make sure the 4 people who are actually given salaries don't grow in number (there will never be enough to go around). that's likely part of it.
i wasn't sure how much she's part of the scummy scam whereby the people lpay they pay they pay they pay they pay and then their visas expire / they are tresspassed / they are flunked out of the university... and then they just go away.

or maybe they get with the murder and rape programme and demonstrate in-group status and start lying and falsifying their documents and get paid to ensure that there is no health system here and none ever will develop. not on their watch.
