the law is so *clever* chortle snort

Posted by alexandra_k on March 3, 2022, at 12:51:09

let's see if i can capture it...

there are documented... regulations? recommendations? i don't know what... things like the number of nurses per patient various places around the hospital and so on. the number of specialists per person in the developed world. that kind of thing.

new zealand constantly aims to go as low as we can. constantly aims or tries to be last of every developed nation. constantly points out places in south africa or ukrane or... you get the idea... tonga... to go on about how we don't know how lucky we are...

constantly constantly constantly... 'professional beggars'. that's what people have to say. some of them. the government keeps them as professional beggars. they are supposed to spend all their lives crying for money crying for money crying for money while the government teaches them a little lesson in.. compliance.. i suppose. by keeping them in conditions of deprivation and not allowing them to do anything or be anything other than professional beggars.

so we wont' get with any of the international standards. they will say things like how the international community's... consensus... welll, they will focus on any points of difference to pretend there is no broad consensus. create division and confusion and say the findings or recommendations don't apply to our unique socio-cultural environment. then they will haul out the treaty to try and justify why our people mlust be kept in conditions of relative deprivation, really last there, all the way back down the hierarchy of countries...

kept however many years behind the usa -> australia / canada (let them squabble it out) the uk...

behind Ireland...

so the point is that our hospitals are radically understaffed. and people are forced to make their money the best way they can. selling off medical supplies, i suppose. maybe stealing patients wallets. i don't know. spending any time in the public service finding out who has health insurance to be scheduled in to government paid for or funded (at hte end of the day) actual treatments (sort of because let's face it you have the same people working in both sectors and i don't suppose they find competence sometimes i suppose they take their incompetence and psychopathy with them).

so the hosptials are radically understadffed. not staffed to internatioal standards. staffed by students who pay the university who pay teh university who pay the university. to be replaced by other studnets who pay teh university. who pay the universsity. who pay teh university.

so they are going to strike because the government won't hire or pay employees to work in the hospital.

so the courts (very very clever chortle snort) say that they will grant an injunction for relief from the disstrict health board against the nursing union to prevent the union taking strike action...

on grounds that the union cannot guarantee patient safety if the nursing numbers are reduced because of strike action.

___

but of course they are striking because they won't hire enough in the first place.

patients are presently in danger.

but they can't say that or admit to that... the courts are doing some bullying thing... whereby they cannot admit that the way the hospoitals are presently staffed makes them unsafe.

because that would be admitting that they have knowingly been working in unsafe conditions for years.

somehow...

___

anyway... point is...

the legal.. remedy... for the people.

is being used by the government against the people.

the government (the district health board) is winning injunctions against the employees.

but when i take the district health board to court seeking an injunction that htey hand over my paitent file notes that is refused by the courts and costs awarded against me (i am to pay the DHB and the court for their refusing to comply with the law).

when i take the DHB to court seeking relief for them having involuntarily detained me against my will (nothing to do with covid. to do with them unlawfully detaining people against their will in an attempt to opounish and / or silence people. to bully them. to intimindate them. to get them to shut up

the courts find that there is reason to believe that they unlawfully detained me. the courts find that i he should re-file my filings. there should be manhy case management conferences. and i should pay for all of the court process.

the victims must pay. the victims must pay. the victims must pay. the victims must pay.

that is the kiwi way.

the victims are asking for it. they are voluntarily choosing to pay. that's the consequence of spekaing out.

the victims must pay.

the victims must pay.
