no confidence in the judiciary of nz

Posted by alexandra_k on February 20, 2022, at 13:40:21

no confidence, at all.

the judgements just don't seem just. the justice system just seems to be people with money and power being granted permission by the judiciary to do whatever they want whenever they want and to be about punishing people who are poor and who don't have power so that they learn never to complain or speak up.

that is to say, we do not have a justice system. we do not have a justice system, at all.

the ministry of injustice seems to have the job of ensuring that lawyers are not paid. are not paid to represent good people with genuine claims. they are not paid and they will not succeed in court.

it goes beyond people having a bit of an advantage. it goes to the extent or extreme of nothing less than corruption.

there are no consequences delivered when certain people violate the law. they are carefully schooled in how they can do whatever they want whenever they want and nobody will do anything about it except further punish anybody who protests.

that is to say this is not a country that is rule by law.

the judiciary does not seem capable of parsing the law.

teh judiciary will not accept filings.

the judiciary will notn schedule a timely hearing (they will schedule things that are delaying the proceeding like a motion to have proceedings struck out when the entire hearing of the substantive case could have been heard in less time).

they are time-wasting. they are corrupt.
