so it's 'more efficient', apparently, to keep the hospitals staffed at around 3/4 safe staffing levels.
because whatever information there is on 'safe staffing levels' is not appropriate for the unique socio-cultural environment, that is new zealand.
we think it is more efficient to keep the hospitals staffed at 3/4 levels and everyday is a 'surge day' and we have no extra or additional surge capacity. it's most efficient that way.
of course the most efficient solution of all is the final solution.
that's where we are headed, of course. the slippery slope on how low we can go...
it's all about reducing demand, you see. they want less people to present for treatment. so, how badly do we arrange for people to be abused by the system until they learn that there is no help there, there is nothing there, they need to stop presenting for help, they need to go away.
people keep presenting for psychiatric assistance. how many Dr Leeks do we need to hire to abuse people until they learn not to present asking for help?
I mean, really?????
We could simply arrange for the 'high needs' people to be killed. Then they won't present. That's a good idea -- right? I mean, arranging for them to be abused doesn't seem to be helping / working.
How bad do the rates of wrongful deaths and hospital associated infections etc need to be before the people learn not to ask for help?
How bad do the schools need to be? How bad does the pedophilia and the bullying etc need to be in the schools before the parents stop their kids from going to school?
We don't want to hire / pay teachers... That's not efficient. It's not efficient to have 1 teacher for every 30 or 50 kids... They just need Jacinda to give speeches to the entire nation every day at 1pm -- right?
I mean we don't want people being able to read the judgmeents of the courts of the laws of the land.
We are trying ot get them speaking esparanto maaori (that is maaori that is only acknoweldged as such by thse NZ government because every word and phrase has been acknowledged as such by the NZ governemtn so it isn't possible to say anyting in maaori. All we can do is sing a few (trademarked and copyrighted) waiata with approved lyrics etc. A sort of AA or crossfit or judicial reasoning sort of a few phrases that have been government approved taught in the government esparanto maaori training courses and approved in the government gradese essays...
So you can only 'repeate after me the party line'
