It is such a sad, sad, sad, sad, sad, sad day...
I always showed respect. Felt respect. Bowed (genuinely) before the ideal of justice.
But the Supreme Court of NZ is not capable of judicial reasoning. Apparently if it is 'personal' then it is not a matter for the courts.
Riiiiiight.
There was one victim of lake alice. But sexual molestation is 'personal'. Then there was another. And another. And another. And another. And the courts of NZ don't worry about setting precedent. Rubbish rubbish rubbish it's 'personal' its not a matter for the public courts.
NZ Universities do not honor their contracts. But that's okay. Because it's only 'personal'. It's only 'personal' that graduate research students are not allowed to complete their graduate research programme of study in teh minimum, normal, or standard time. It's just personal that the Universities like to keep slaves.
It's only personal that the courts of NZ don't pay the lawyers. That the firms don't pay miniimum wage.
They have been motivated and inspired by finding that the supreme court of the USA (once upon a time historically) appointed judges to the supreme court without law degrees, allowed people to practice law as apprentises without law degrees.
It has motivated and inspired the present judiciary of NZ to keep slaves. To keep slaves slaving.
But it doesn't matter -- because its only personal. Therefore the laws don't apply. Because it's only personal.
They make a special exemption for all NZers. They are only personas. Only persons. To be thrown a little hay after the sprinkers have been set on 'em. It's only personal.
