oh, yeah. our leaders agreed to waiver the abilty to sue the manufacturer for our vaccines.
our leaders agreed to waiver that right away.
on behalf of their people.
they judged that *any* access was better than no access at all.
so they signed away the rights of their people.
the vaccines were approved under *emergency dispensation*.
but new zealand did not have any state of emergency.
no community transmission.
no state of emergency.
in a state of business as usual the government voluntarily choose to waiver teh rights of it's people.
people have been laid off their jobs because thy refused a vaccine that was only authorised under emergency dispensation.
there was no reason to believe that being vaccinated would prevent them catching the virus from x and transmitting the virus to y
but they lost they job...
for no other reason than tehy refused to comply with directive to do what we say when we say because we are too f*ck*ng stupid to conceive of any other way.
