The edcuation act actually says that the 'normal' situation is that there is a domestic student who is 20 years or older who applies to study in whatever... and is entitled to be enrolled in that program.

but then there is this clause about prioritising members of minority groups in cases where more people apply then there are places.

and then therei si this exclusio clause abuout whether the candiate has made sufficient academic process.

and somehow this gets to be interpreted by university council as discretion to proioritise their kids who are under 20 years old but who are handed on a silver platter (by teh council) the very very very best of the first semester grades....

and they get it into their heads that the council can basically pick and choose whicheve of their inbred kids and their bribed kids they want... and who is going to stop them???

so that is what they do in fact.

and they think they are entitled.

and then we end up with doctors who hoard vaccinations so as to sell them to the private sector and the like.

a bunch of cowards who ran away and hid in the face of covid.

ooooooooooooh when I grow up i wanna be jus tas inept and incopmeent as you my hero.
yeah right.
