My neighbor is completely out of control

Posted by Lamdage22 on December 14, 2018, at 10:14:59

We have huge oak tree in our garden and alot of leaves fall down in the autumn. We swept the street almost consistently and daily. So some leaves fall into her garden and the street infront of it. Its just the way things are. We are not allowed to chop down that tree, and we can only cut it back slightly by law. In her view, she only has to sweep the leaves because we dont do it. But we do it...

We do "nothing", i am "completely irresponsible". Blah blah blah. Thats the typical abuse from crazy people. They use words like "never", "always", "everything" or "nothing".

She told me i should be ashamed of myself, i am completely irresponsible, my father would be intelligent (and i am not). I told her that she should be ashamed of herself for rubbing the whole neighborhood the wrong way. I also said that i now understand why my roommate parks on the opposite side of her driveway on purpose. We are allowed by law to park there. Yet she writes her own tickets to the people that park there.

My roommate only parked there very occasionally when nothing else was free and he received a very condescending "ticket" from her.

She is obsessed with her household because thats the only thing she has got. And we are the ones who have to take her anger about that. If she rings our bell again i will kindly tell her that i do not wish to talk to her and that she has to leave the premises.

Everyone hates her here. I thought that it was possible to get along with her but as of today, i dont anymore!
