The AAPs can really screw up your metabolism. But therapy and professional support really do help me, sometimes.
I know a lot of folks complain about being in hospital, being locked up, etc. I have always found it worthwhile when I need it and found the staff very professional and dedicated and helpful. In the many times I have been hospitalized over the last 12 years, I had met only one rotten psychiatrist and one rotten social worker. No rotten nurses or aids.
