Runners?

Posted by Lamdage22 on May 26, 2018, at 10:40:50

I have picked up running again. I think exercise is a pretty powerful tool for us if we do it regularly. Its like the hardest thing to do when depressed but it pays off. Dont ask me why i now have the zest to do it while a couple weeks ago i did not. It is now clear to me, things can change for the better and not necessarily all because of medication.

Seroquel 900mg :(
Zyprexa 25mg :(
Trazodone 75mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 250mg
