I think Babblers grew up / away and weren't replaced by the new generation... I wonder whether the new generation of Babblers is... What they are doing, now...

Self-regulation doesn't work. I know that nobel prize lady thought it did... Traditional groups still live like that. Yeah, that's right. People who haven't discovered reading writing or arithmetic live like that. And so on...
