Good to see you. You sound like you're doing well and doing some good things that remind me of my own goals.
I'd like to find a support group. I've benefited from them in the past, like day hospital programs and ones for DBT. I've been looking but, so far, no keepers. I might volunteer for NAMI depending on how I could be useful.
