I think I'd call it MENTAL HEALTH VILLE. For each level a person would have to learn about a new mental illness, learn about it, learn how to treat it, and try out treatments on various 'patients' which would be characters already in the game. The player would have to understand the difference between a crisis and a typical day for their client. As they level up, give them a new 'degree.' Start them off as students, once they graduate they could go into placement somewhere, once their placement ends they could be Peer Support Workers, and slowly climb the ladder of Mental Health type workers. :) I kind of like the idea of this kind of game, because not only would it be fun, but it would be raising awareness about the various kinds of mental health issues and hopefully diminish some of the stigma that still surrounds the mental health field. Hope that helps.
