Get the kind in the little holder that snaps onto a handle that looks like a toothbrush. My dentist raves about them (she's so passionate about flossing that she says, "you don't need to floss all your teeth, only the ones you intend to keep!").
The brace holds the perfect amount of floss, so there is no waste. The toothbrush handle makes it easy to maneuver around your mouth without getting your fingers all goopy. And my dentist says its fine to reuse the same floss cartridge several times -- just rinse it well and change it if it gets frayed.
