Whenever I've been in regular hospital ward, have been too sick to eat -- pneumonia, menigitis -- or still in a lot of pain from surgery. On psych ward, I think people get the same food, choose from same menu, same kitchen. But whenever I've been in a regular ward, I don't recall filling out a menu, because if I was well enough to think about eating tomorrow, I was well enough to leave.
