after I had to trash two printers (both canon, the latest mp560 always displayed a "6c10" error) I finally got the epson sx525wd (wireless, 4 pages on 1 one (great feature!) page combined with automatic duplex) that works very properly. It is very annoying that you just cant buy a product that simply works. I usually read reviews on amazon or other tests on websites before I buy a product. Many people on amazon had to trash the mp5xx printer too, because of that 6c10 error. Unbelieveble what amount of garbage this is causing because of a faulty product.
I really don't like to trash things, so I spent at least 4 hours to repair the printers at the weekend. I use fill in cartridges because of ecological standpoints. I don't like to trash original cartridges that produces much plastic waste.
