How do you tell some one you are crazy but not nuts ... or nuts but not crazy depending on the day, that you never feel one singular emotion its all a mix .... that when your happy your scared the feeling will leave and when your sad your angry at yourself for not knowing why your sad...... I feel like people know and they are judging me everytime I leave my house its scary for me ..... sometimes I want to hide under a rock.....
I sure hope my meds kick in soon
Any thoughts on how to explain this to someone that does not understand these things????
