In reply to Hydroquinone - anyone have any experienc using it?, posted by TexasChic on September 24, 2009, at 21:25:42
Yup. I try to remember to use it every night. Many years ago, I used to not protect my face all so well outdoors, and now at the ancient age of 50 (!) I really don't care for the brownish-blotches I see on my cheeks, forehead and nose. I guess they are kinda like big freckles running together... My family says they never even noticed, that it's just the color of my skin, but I notice.
I think it works. I'd say you have to be really patient, though. It's a slow process. I've been remembering most nights for about 6 weeks and I do see gradual fading. Every other time I'd buy the dang stuff and start using it, then forget for weeks on end and end up trashing it months later. Scatter-brained, not too good at forming new habits :-) So I've never used it for the full time they recommend. It smells a bit yucky, but for a fairly cheap product (as facial things go) it does seem to work, ever-so-slowly!
Long answer!!
