Your mom may not consider it a loan, and it is very gracious of her to gift it to you.
But you could consider it a loan. Or, to be more accepting of her gift, you could wish to repay her generosity with generosity. Maybe not with money, but maybe by buying groceries for the family, or replacing something that has broken and will make a dent in the family finances if replaced.
If she is able to help you, let her help you. There is more than one way to repay her. Including not worrying about it too much, and not letting the worry interfere with your schoolwork.
