I guess lately Facebook has been taking up the time I would otherwise be spending here. I've gotten in touch with some old friends, and have even gone out once to meet with a couple of friends. This was a big deal for me because I have isolated myself so much over the past several years. But I would never discuss mental health issues on FB, so I will get back here. It just may not be as often.
