Nothing has really changed much in terms of meds. I think it may be because I am unemployed and sitting around with nothing to do but sleep and eat. The gum helped a lot. I chewed the gum for hours and I have not eaten any more food since the chips.
I need to get some exercise, but I keep sleeping in until 5pm.
I'm going to drink some water and chew more gum.
Did you go off the SSRI's? I am on two right now.
