That's great hyper. I have a plumber friend and a carpenter friend and they go through hell sometimes.
I've dealt with the public in sales for years. It's amazing what people expect sometimes.
I had a guy say, I bet you make a LOT of profit on this stuff(as in you're too high)
I said, well, if you want to import furniture from Italy, Norway, Denmark and Canada, deal with the stuff a customers waiting on that arrives crushed, pay winey salespeople, deal with the competition, do your own ads, rent a 30,000 sq ft warehouse and staff it with people, talk to the guy who says our truck ruined his driveway, etc etc, feel free to open your own GD store. : )
There are so many peeps out there that know nothing about what goes into running your own show.
My plumber friend would go to a house with some major leak. The people wanted to know how much it would be. He said I can't tell you until we get down there and see. It could be $200 or $2000.
He'd do the job and not get paid. He went under this year.
Stay after them!!
