Thanks! I've been able to get it all plugged in and working just fine.. it's only connecting to wireless thats a problem. My previous router died recently but was working just fine until it pooped out. That one had been set up by my now ex-boyfriend who works in the computer field. I'm pretty positive the issue now is just my own lack of knowledge about what I'm doing... :)
I'm about to leave for an appt a few hours away, but I'll be back this afternoon. I'll post later today about the exact problem I'm having... I've seen the router tech support number but I'm trying to avoid that at all costs.
