well, I do that a lot, too, just don't like to admit it so much. I don't know why or how it started. Maybe afraid to sleep, maybe I feel I'm never gotten enough "done" - whatever that is - each day so can't go to bed or I feel like I failed. For me, now it's a really bad habit, but my body is so used to it. I've stayed up till 5 am before, but then I need 7-8 hours sleep at least. Can't really start all your days at noon or 1pm if you want to do lots of different things....at least I can't.

Mostly it s*cks.
