The other night I was talking to a friend in Ottawa, who said it was supposed to be -26C overnight. My memory, being what it is - or isn't - I asked my husband if it gets that cold here & he said oh yeah!

~ ~ ~ Yes - the cold can do that - I guess especially if it's way colder than what one is used to. I remember walking to school as a kid with a scarf up over my nose - tied at the back to stay like that. And sometimes the moisture from my breath on the scarf would freeze.

What's your temperature like these days?
