Very anxious

Maybe this is one of the reasons i hate the holidays....always having to go places where I'm not comfortable. I wish I could just stay at home in bed or go to a coffee shop and read alone.
I'm going to a thanksgiving dinner in a few minutes. I don't know most of the ppl there. I'm really anxious. I don't know if I can do it. I know it always ends up ok, but I think I'm having a mini panic attack.
I just had to tell somebody. I wish my T would come with me. (((new T)))
