I adapted this from a Japanese eggplant thingo.
You need some white miso, the sweet stuff.
Mix 1/3 of a cup of it with the same amount of mirin.
MixHalve some zuchinnis lengthwise and fry a bit.
Dollop some of that mixture above on each and cook in a hot oven for maybe 10 minutes.It's a bit gross and sweet but it feels nutritious.
Then you have rice, and terryaki fish with it.
