What is the safe thing to do?

OK, so I found a place near my house I want to volunteer at. They sent me an application and on part of it, it asks if I am on any medication. I am not sure if I should list the ones I am on. Would they be prejudiced about people who are on anti depressants / anti psychotics? I really don't know. I ended up writing my meds on the medical form part. But I haven't handed it in yet. If anyone knows more about this kind of stuff, please respond. thank you.
