Noodle,

That is a good thing to strive for, really it is, I used to think that when I was your age.

But as someone who has lived with a psychopath for over 15 years, it is almost impossible for me to see any good in her, when she has tortured me day after day for years. I would like to see good in everyone, but as I got older, I have met some people who's only idea is to make the world an unsafe place for us all, so it is important to be careful.
Being a parent of a soon to be teenagers, I have know how precious they are, and maybe there are reasons for people being just mean and evil, I still wouldn't want my kids to be subjected to thi and be hurt by this, but then again you can't save them from everything...
Of course the majority of people who fall in between, who I am able to see good in, it isn't hard, but there are some people in this world who for whatever reason, are people I wouldn't want to have dinner with because they would try to kill me or hurt me. Those are the ones who I try to avoid or else you could end up dead.
