I don't understand though, because if hell is in the here and now then why is it supposed to be eternal, this life is not eternal?
When I feel very low, I get no enjoyment out of anything, the only thing I enjoy and look forward to is collapsing into bed in the evening with the deluded idea that maybe I won't feel the same the next day.
The only relief I have ever had from this has come from a pharmacy.
Where do you find relief?
