I tend to have the opposite problem of NOT wanting to eat if I'm upset & I have to force myself.

Size 34 isn't all that big really, but I hear you wanting to get things under control.

The only thing I can think of regarding the eating is to make sure that you have things like celery, carrots, radishes, - raw veggies, preferably already cut up, in the fridge.

When you feel the need to munch, try to force yourself to:
- get a plate
- put some veggies on it
- cut up some small cubes of cheese & add them
- if you like peanut butter with veggies you could put a blob of that on the plate to dip in, instead of the cheese, or you could put a blob of cream cheese to dip in.

Raw veggies take more chewing, take longer to eat, have fibre, so are filling & aren't fattening & ARE healthy.
