TY but I have coffee now ..

There is a phone number where I can speak to a peer support specialist (if one is available .. they are not always there), a warm line (just to talk w/ someone), and then of course a crisis line (sometimes if not busy will 'just talk' also).

I have gone down to a place here where there are seriously mentally ill peeps. That is what I am considered 'in the system'. God doesn't know why. I am actually a higher functioning person (I'm really not tryin' be a snob.). There were so many very very nonfunctioning peeps there that I felt a little out of place. To qualify for S*D one must be considered SMI here. Same there I wonder?
