Why did they need to send an ambulence? couldn't they have just sent someone to check on you?
Once, my boyfriend sent a cop to my house to check on me because I was suicidal. At the time, he was still living 6 hours away, and couldn't be here himself. I was mad that he called at first, but then it was nice to know he cared.
It would be nice if you had someone to call or chat with online even if you ever feel that way again. Is there someone you can trust that you can call? If not, babble will always be here. You can always send me a message on babblemail if you need to talk. I check email daily, sometimes several times a day. :)
