Well, when you live down here in the hot zone you *never* think of summer as time to get anything done.
Summer is time to hide where it's cool. And then you end up bored our of your gourd. There's only so much shopping or anything a person can do to stay busy.
Even when I was young, I only did the sunshine/tan thing in spring, not the dead of summer.
Nope. Give me cooler. Cool air makes me frisky, not sunshine.
