The vast majority of my anxiety happens at night, and it's currently 9:30pm and I'm heading to bed hoping that I can fix my schedule in a fashion where I wake up early and go to bed early.
I'll probably wake up around 4 am. I love the early mornings. The sky is dark blue (sun is coming up but you can't yet see the rays of light, just dark blue). I always feel good in the morning. It's the nights when I'm being attacked by this.
