Sounds like you've got some good ideas, and motivation. Just try not to beat yourself up too much if you have a bad day. Get on track at the next opportunity.
I think it's wonderful that you want to get closer to your family. That's fantastic. A time to turn off the computer and reconnect to the real life. Perhaps you are finally exhaling? whooosh!
Hang in there Dinah, you can do whatever you wish, as long as your wishes are realistic :)
