Gotta readily admit, it was a stumper for me for a while. I guess it does (the real defining) come in handy when talking about meds, therapy, treatments, etc....
Of course, MY version could come in handy too in certain situations. It reminded me of the 3rd grade declaration that someone had Kooties... it's kinda along those lines.
