I'm technically not overweight, but I'm sure I'm overfat. I want to be 100 pounds or less, that is why I picked 17. I think I'll look much better at that weight.

I won't weight myself everyday. I think weekly will do.

There are plenty of tools out that that let you estimate the calories you burn. I'm estimating I burn about 1400 calories a day. I'm not too active.

I'm going to try my hardest to eat 1000 calories or less a day. I really want to be thin, quickly.
