Oh my gosh!
I just wore an *ankle bracelet* today for the first time in my entire life

it is silver with hematite and onyx beads. kind of goth.

I was feeling rather enthusiastic about it, but I did step in a muddy puddle, and got mud all over my sandals and my feet, and that was the end of wanting to look down and admire my polished toesies and ankle bracelet.
