hey there,

I'm supposed to be finding a job too. I don't have the confidence either.

How about doing some voluntary work, say just one afternoon a week or something? That way, anything that you do do would be a bonus, and there wouldn't be any pressure on you.

Just a thought. Start small.

And anyway, I've spilt drinks and stuff as a waitress, and it nearly isn't as bad as you think it will be. And if you forget to make a drink at starbucks, you can always ask someone discreetly. I'm sure you'll learn fast. They have leaflets and things behind the bar there anyway.
