Our country & it's "constitutional rights" drives me crazy! Also 'slap-on-the-wrist' punishments for serious crimes.
Aside from that - I agree with WHY is that being posted here?

The Canadian government is supposed to introduce a bill to raise the age of consent to 16 except when both parties are within a few years. As it stands now, the age is 14 unless the older party is in a position of authority such as a teacher. It probably doesn't matter what bill they pass anyway as the unelected, unaccountable supreme court, who are actually the ones who run this country will do what ever they want anyway. They recently ruled that it violated a man's constitutional rights when he was charged with indecent exposure when he was caught masturbating in front of his living room window with the children across the street looking on. Judge Judy for supreme court!!!
