power to delete or not
i think those are biggies for people...
other things too.
power to change the faq's (to bring them into line with current rules for instance)
power to get a board (ie self esteem) up and running or not...
small boards too...
i think being a deputy is all about being able to read bob's mind and do what he would do were he here.
i mean... if they exercise some independence from that then their decision just gets reversed
(kudos to auntiemel again i really do think it DOES make a difference)
