I don't do conflict well and just end up beating myself up for causing a situation where conflict arose.
i end up feeling responsible for everyones hurt and anguish and then I turn it on myself.
Thanks for saying you are OK i guess it is healthy to work out issues like that but I just end up hiding under the quilt (coward arn't I)
