Everyday. Once at least. Sometimes twice. I don't think I've done it more than 5 times in one day. Sometimes I might miss a day through just not getting the 'space' that I need to relieve myself. Although that has an added bonus as if I miss oneday - the following I have a more intense time. Can't remember the last time I missed 2 days. Last time was 30 mins ago.
