The difficult thing about being paranoid is knowing after the episode that people's feelings may have been hurt. Also, the effect it has on family members and friends who try to convince me I am paranoid and feel frustrated when I can't see it.
How do you handle your problem? Do you take meds?
Have you considered telling your friends about your problem so that they won't be offended by it and so that you don't have to worry about affecting them unintentionally?
