I went out with the girls tonight. We had a blast. Our boys played a play off game in basketball. We won!!! Sha my boys. I think they are mine b/c I teach them. They are all African American and I am white, but they are my babies. lol
We then went to the Crawfish Barn to eat boiled crawfish. Awsome!
We then went to down town Mamou, Louisiana. Mardi Gras is now kicking up. We had a blast. It almost felt like New Orleans. That small town fills up fast for Mardi Gras. Thousands of people from out of town and out of state come. It is amazing. This little town does not even have a McDonalds. When Mardi Gras comes, you cannot even use a cell phone b/c there are thousands of people in the small area.
Sunday we will have Mardi Gras in the small area where I am from. We have a big party because it is no use trying to leave the house. If you dont leave by a certain time, you are not getting out. So we just join in on the party. The parade passes in front of my house. It is truelly Cajun Style. The horses pass and we throw a chicken for them to chase. It is really neat. Ok. I hope Peta in not reading this.
Ok. I have said enough.
