My only point was to answer the question, at least in my case. And that's 'No', a million dollars cannot make you happy. I can afford, and have seen, the best psychiatrists, neurologists, and psychologists in my area. I've had the time to try relaxation and stress reduction techniques, yoga, meditation, accupuncture, etc. I'm still anxious and depressed (i.e.)
I believe that what this boils down to is that we're desperately lacking in medications and therapies to help people with true, major depression.
