yes he lives very close and he got 3 years but NOT for the rape...i have been waiting 5 years to go to court and thought he would be tried before he got out and was a flight risk. he drugged and raped another girl, same motive but left her for dead and they are combining our cases. i called the solicitor AGAIN today and told his sec. that i will call every day 10x's a day until i get an answer as to why this run around. i hope that it will bring some type of closure but the only prayer i will say for him is i hope he dies and rots in hell.
