I can't find "Buffy" anywhere on TV now because I don't have cable for the repeats. :-(

> My high school nightmares always include my parents making me go back to school because I didn't graduate. But I'm always the age I am now and I keep telling them I'm too old (35)! I always get lost, can't find my books, and am late to class. My T said its an anxiety dream.

Geez, just a little pressure there eh?
What a horrible dream. In mine I'm 31 (the age I am now) and I have to finish high school and go to class, and I keep missing certain classes, I don't even know where they are, I get stuck on the bus, and I absolutely have to finish high school even though it feels impossible (especially the math). I try to tell them I have a grad degree, why do I have to do this? but it doesn't matter, it's not good enough. I'm stuck there, trapped and clueless, and terribly inadequate. I can't answer questions on the test...it is truly awful.

> My parents really did force me to go back after I didn't have enough credits to graduate. We had moved too so I didn't know anyone. It was awful. I ended up talking them into letting me get my GED after 3 horrible months.

thank goodness...high school can be a horrible place to be, especially depressed

> The reason I didn't graduate was because of the debilitating depression I suffered from. They didn't have Prozac back then. I sometimes wonder what my life would have been like if it had. But then, maybe if I didn't suffer the things I have, I wouldn't be the same person with the same insights and empathy.

'tis true my dear, of that I am certain. I've got to believe that's true.

> I'm babbling for some reason (no pun intended). Sorry.

no apology necessary, I'm just sorry you have to suffer with that awful dream. I know mine might seem silly, but it comes with the most awful feelings. I always wake up so uncomfortable.
