Hmmmm...that would explain why my GP said it was a "mood stabilizer".

Wonder why that's so? Can't go up without going down? I love overwhelming joy...I love being so excited and happy, but I guess it's OK to be just happy too if that means I won't suffer fits of despair.

I don't really ever get "out of control" with happiness...that's more of a problems with the "depressions". I think elation is the right word to describe it...it's just a feeling of elation and it's wonderful.
